Le Viet Thong received his PhD in Energy Science at Sungkyunkwan University, Korea, in 2015. From 2015 to 2019, he was working as a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore. Currently, he is working as a researcher and lecturer at Phenikaa University, Vietnam. His research interest is to design novel nanomaterials for gas sensors, supercapacitors, and lithium-ion batteries.

Nguyen Viet Chien received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Science and Technology, Korea. He was a researcher at the Korea Institute of Standards and Science, Daejeon, Korea. He currently serves as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Phenikaa University, Hanoi, Vietnam. His research interests are Nanomaterials and 2D Materials (Graphene, TDMs, Black phosphorus) for electronic, gas-sensing, and thermoelectric applications.

Ngoc-Viet Nguyen received the BS and MSc degrees from the University of Engineering and Technology, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2013 and 2015, respectively. He has received the PhD degree of MEMS Engineering in 2019 from the National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan. From November 2019, Dr. Viet has become a lecturer at the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Phenikaa University. His research interests are in micro/nano/bio sensors, lab-on-chip systems, microfluidics, numerical simulation, gas sensing, and AIoT applications.
